Great pancake mix. Very keto
I haven't been able to eat pancakes in almost 15 years. I am so happy with this product. 2 gms of carbs plus fiber. It doesn't make me ill from my sugars spiking, there is no crash. Use the richer recipe with an egg and some almond milk and one serving plus some fruit and coffee on the side feels like a real breakfast. Can you tell this is a keto pancake? Not from the taste, or texture. This is the real deal. It rises beautifully. Just follow the directions. It looks, feels, smells like real pancake batter. No special cooking tricks peculiar to this product. The pancakes turn out tender but with a bit of a bite. You can buy the keto flour on it's own but the mix is price competitive and convenient. This just joined the tiny roster of fully keto compliant breakfast foods that taste great and can be whipped up quickly.

Delish pancakes!!!
Being a keto girl can be challenging, especially when I want a heart pancake breakfast! These are the perfect substitute for regular pancakes. Mine came out fluffy but nice and thick. They taste akin to buttermilk and I appreciate there isn’t an earthy wheat flavor which I’ve found with other brands. Please follow the directions and let the batter sit for 5 minutes! I also cut the recipe in half for the perfect two-pancake meal! I added blueberries as well and they came out great! I know this is a bit pricey but I think it’s well worth the price.

WOW. KETO-FRIENDLY MIX IS A KEEPER!
I don't follow a strict keto diet, but I do try to do "low starchy carbs" as much as possible to manage my weight, and especially when my roller-coaster body is in weight-loss mode, which is often. Trying to find low-carb options in ready-made products has been hit-and-miss. Either they taste really awful, or they're sky-high expensive, or both. Sometimes they have ingredients that are objectionable or questionable as well.I've tried making my own low-carb pancakes and waffles from scratch, and they're pretty tasty, but also a lot of work. And even those can be pricy because most include almond flour, which is not cheap. So I decided to go on a hunt for either frozen pancakes/waffles or a simple dry mix. After reading all the reviews for the various dry mix options, the King Arthur Carb-Conscious had a plethora of impressive reviews. And since I'm already a fan of various King Arthur flour products, it seemed like a good place to start.I'm so glad I chose this one. OMG. They knocked it out of the park on all counts - ease of use (just add water), taste, and texture. Win-win-win! The pancakes came out light and fluffy, just like "regular" pancakes, and they tasted awesome with some sugar-free syrup. I made a small batch - 1/2 cup of mix with 1/4 of water, which made 3 generous (by my portion size standards) pancakes (cooked 2 minutes each side). I think next time I might add another tablespoon or water to thin them out a bit more and maybe get four in a batch, and perhaps cook them another 30 seconds on each side.I had the heat a little too high to start with this first batch, so I think they really mean it when they say "medium" heat. They browned a little too fast on the first side, and I was worried about burning them. So next time, I will adhere to the instructions to stick to medium heat!I came back to this page to order a few more bags so I can stock my pantry and always have plenty on hand. I'm a very happy camper, and so are my taste buds! :)

Pleasant and satisfying taste
I'm now on a strict low carb and low/no sugar diet. This easy to make pancake mix yields a very acceptable substitiute for the tradional flour box mixes. I DO realize that specialty diet foods are not very budget friendly but this mix is good value for the dollar.

Makes great tasting pancakes
This pancake mix makes great tasting pancakes. I workout twice a day and watch my carbs closely. There’s a good mix of carbs and fiber in this mix. Just my opinion. Just add water and stir with a wisk or if you’re a hill billy like me stir with a fork.

Easy to make for people with egg allergies
I discovered a long time ago that I had an egg allergy, and had to cut out a lot of the baking/pastry meals before starting to find substitutes over the past year or so. I originally found this pancake mix at a local store, and have been kind of obsessed with them for a couple months now. They're super easy to make just by adding water, letting it set for five minutes, and then cooking on the stove. It makes a good batch of small pancakes as well as large. The batter usually makes them thick, which is great. The only issues that I've been consistently facing is that they sometimes fall apart when I flip them or put them on a plate - despite the fact that they are thoroughly cooked through. Sometimes a big piece will fall off, it 'll break in half, or little chunks are left all over the place. The other small issue is that I prefer my pancakes to be a little moist with maple syrup but I don't want my plate drowning in it. The pancakes really soaks it all up like a sponge but when I'm eating, I'm not tasting the maple syrup. I'm left wondering how much more should I put on or where does it all go.I really do enjoy this brand of pancakes - it's not really an issue to try to see if there's a different technique to stop the breakage or maple syrup distribution. But I may try some of their other mixes to see if it's a consistency with their products or perhaps try some other ones out there.

They're great when made correctly. (Double the liquid)
I love these pancakes! If you're looking for a low carb option so that you can actually feel like you're eating a real pancake, this is it. A friend of mine told me about them and to be honest I started buying them in bulk and keeping them in a separate container so I can just make them whenever I see fit.The only caveat for this whole thing is that if you go by the directions they come out super dense and they are very hard to cook into a proper looking pancake. The key to success is doubling the amount of liquid that you put in. So whether you're using a low-carb milk, almond milk or water, use double the amount that the recipe calls for and this will set you down a road of success. Once I did that man, these things became a six out of five.

Recieved in subpar condition; ants on package
Received the package in subpar condition, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, noticed ants on the product's surface upon inspection. Haven't had the chance to use the product yet, but the initial condition is a concern.
