Robust, good urn
We've been using in our bakery for past 3 months as issue with hot water. It's on for about 10 hours a day and is used not for heating water to make hot drinks but for washing up! Heats up quickly. No issues so far. Shame the price has jumped up tho - from £70 to over £90 in 3 months.

Lovely good looking urn.
Bought to replace Swann urn. Used for after church tea and other weekly functions. Good size boils fairly quickly. Keeps water at right temperature. Good bright indicator light. Easy to use switch. Good easy fitting lid.

Water doesn’t heat up above 60 degrees
Faulty product, water doesn’t heat up above 60 degrees. Arranged for return with Evri code. Collection point wouldn’t accept it as parcel is too big (sellers should have known that!) No way to deal directly with Evri as no tracking number, and no way to contact seller either. Very disappointed
