I underestimated how big 8 inches was. I thought I was getting a longer cooking utensil, but it came out to be so itty bitty, but it is perfect to cook KBBQ with!I've been wanting a tool like this to use whenever I have KBBQ at the house and it's small enough to flip meat very easily and it seems very sturdy. However, I'll definitely have to find a bigger one for bigger cuts of meat.
