Nice compact size. I wish it provided more ventilation. I put artifical grass grass on the floor of the cage. It was a little pricey but was the closet i could find to what i wanted

I have tried countless bird carriers. None is as good as this one. This carrier is specifically designed for birds. Not altered from cat/dog carriers like most others. It has all the features that works best for birds: clear vision, top cover that blocks sunlight when needed, hard sided, big doors with bird-cage-sized wires, and nothing that will break when they chew. The whole thing is well designed and the quality is good. The stripes are comfortable for me too.

I bought this as a travel enclosure for my parrotlet. It's perfect for a small bird like him. It's well made and looks super cute. It's easy to clean. I like that you can change out the perch and there's a ring at the top to hang a toy. Only complaint is that the hole in the top cover isn't quite big enough to fit flush around the base of the handle on top.

The materials seem high quality and it appears the designer/manufacturer really cared. I only had a little trouble with the screws for the handle because the slot is very shallow and difficult to get the screwdriver to bite.My one concern is the way the body of the carrier is attached to the base. It’s only on two points and they are heavy duty plastic clips, but I would feel better if they were screwed on. I will probably have to modify it somehow to make it safer for staying together. I can see these wearing down in the future and not holding and possibly falling apart.I would consider this brand again with some changes, like the connection points and where the perch attaches. Adding other colors would be nice, but that’s a minor issue.

I wish it had an add on option for a food/water dish or a long perch that will fit the dimensions. Despite that it's well made, sturdy, and he loves it!

I purchased this to transport my quaker to the vet every three months to get his beak trimmed. Perfect height. Received well packaged with foam. The cover you need to flatten out because its rolled up you are supposed to apply the cover and slip it under handle. It does not fit under handle, but thats ok it stays in place. Overall i was happy with my purchase, i had bought a cage prior to this purchase. Could not put it together it kept falling apart, so that was a waste of money threw it away.

DO NOT BUY!While it looks nice, the fasteners are thin and made from the fragile plastic, and one of them did not survive the very first transportation. Straps mitigate this issue, but it is very uncomfortable and even dangerous for the bird to use this case with a broken fastener.

My bird had to get a small splint so I had to get him to the doctors about 5 times in this carrier. I did not try this out with the side cross body straps as I didn't want to take a risk, but the other parts of the carrier never failed me. My bird was pretty comfortable in it, and it allowed him to look at the outside world while on his journeys.
