Endgame gaming IEM
I will agree that out of the box it's quite average as a gaming and casual listening set of IEMs, but when equalized/tuned to your needs, it's damn near perfect. Its best quality is its comfort. These are the most comfortable IEMs I've ever used, the only set I have that doesn't leave my ears even slightly sore after usage all day for productivity + gaming. The aesthetics are perfect as well, I'm very glad they dont got too much Razer branding and is more lowkey wit it lol. Using these with a mixer/sound interface (I'm using the Yamaha ZG01 rn) works very well as I can switch between sound profiles for casual listening & gaming. For VALORANT and Apex, I've noticed I can hear sounds very very accurately that my teammates don't notice. Like fr these got me calling out enemy positions that my teammates doubt cuz they dont hear em like i do lol.But yeah I'm so glad that Razer is finally putting out quality + endgame level products in 2023/24. Imma rock with these + the Viper V3 Pro (which is also SSS tier to me after using a ton of other mice out there) for a longggg minute lol

There is nothing special about these
Saw the announcement and decided to buy my first pair of IEMs to check out in replace of my Sennheiser HD599SEs. The sound is pretty weak with no base. There is literally nothing special about these and they are pretty expensive. I had to change out the tips for the smallest ones otherwise they felt comfortable. Going to try some other IEMs.

Great sound but reco purchase extra warranty
Sound was great for 6 months. Bass went out in one of earbuds and then the sound went out completely in the one earbud. Purchased warranty (2 year) and am in the process of filing claim but it is a lot of extra work.

Class-leading gaming product... if you're okay with EQing
These IEMs unfortunately just don't sound very good. Strangely hollow sound, bizarre treble response that is simultaneously lacking detail and piercing at the same time. They completely rolled off past the 10k range which kills the 'sparkle' in hi-hats in songs, while also boosting up the 8-10k range which is generally the exact range where sounds can present as harsh. It's also bass-light, which is uncharacteristic of Razer, and this is the one time where it would have actually been appreciated to be bass-heavy so that this would at least be a V-curved sound signature, if not a bit wonky. What you end up with is lean bass, honky mids, and piercing AND dead treble. So you might be asking, "why did you give this 4 stars?"In short, these are class-leading IEMs. These are the only consumer IEMs I have ever worn that are comfortable for LITERAL all-day comfort (8+ hour gaming sessions). There's just no other IEM that I've tried including chi-fi and high-end alike, that comes to this level of comfort. If you are comfortable with using EQ (and EQing away the flaws... these IEMs respond extremely well to IEM with basically 0 distortion. The drivers used in these IEMs are perfectly fine, they are just tuned poorly) and you are looking for IEMs that are good for long gaming sessions, this is a 10/10 product. There is literally no competitor to it in my experience. For those who have long waited a proper gaming IEM, this is the best. I just wish Razer just tuned these a little less stupidly so I don't have to recommend this IEM only to those willing to EQ.

Fits like a Spartan Glove :-)
I've read the reviews and had to do some pondering before I dived in and decided to purchase them, luckily there was a discount on them and that helped to go for it :-P I have to say that I agree with the reviews with how comfortable they are as these are my first IEMs. I was looking for something more portable to fit into my handheld gaming console on the go sling pack and these fit well :-) I have a Lenovo legion go and using these for playing Metro Exodus right now, I really loved the surround stage function, because the directional sounds are important for the Metro Exodus game :-P So far they are amazing and I haven't really needed to do any EQ'ing yet, but then again who knows :-P Luv these IEMs from razer! I have a good feeling I'll be keeping them for now ;-)

Audio Quality
Audio Quality sucks, sounds like a 5 dollar headphones you buy at a gas station. Only good thing is comfort and build quality. Now worth the money, at all.

I love these
I will never go back to over ear headphones. I do wish there was a smaller size foam piece than the smallest one provided. All and all very comfortable and the audio quality is great

Uncomfortable and Overpriced
very mediocre audio for the pricepoint, even with THX enabled it often sounds very tinny. For someone like me with smaller sized ears these were one of the most uncomfortable pairs of earbuds I’ve ever worn. For anyone looking for an actually good and worth-the-price pair of earbuds, just go with the Truthear Hexa.
