I have a resmed airsense 10 bipap with humidifier. does anyone know how long this will power my bipap?

The res med 10 uses a max rating is 3.75 Amps at 24 volts using its 120 volt power adapter. This equates to 90 watts. Assuming unit draw is at 80% of max rated power supply, the actual power requirement is approx 75 watts per hour. The Jackery explorer is rated at 293 Watt hours. This equates to approx. 4 hours of use. I use the explorer 500, and get approx 7-8 hours ( full night use) on my Resmed 10.

Can I use more than 1 100w solar panel to charge? Or a solar panel rated higher than 100w? Would it be safe to use higher wattage panels?

You may connect as many solar panels as you wish to the Jackery Explorer 300 as long as you keep the charging voltage between 12 Volts DC and 30 Volts DC. The MPPT controller in the E300 will limit the charge to about 80 or 90 Watts. Higher wattage panels are OK as long as the voltage is between 12 Volts and 30 Volts. Do not series connect your panels as the voltage will be way over the 30 volt limit with most "12 Volt" panels.

Can you charge and use simultaneously?

Don't know where terms of Jackery gets it'll 'damage the battery life'. As Pass through charging is designed specifically to allow power to flow to a device, Without effecting battery performance. So ether Once the battery is charged, The extra power going to the device, Ether standby, or active. It'll send power straight to a plugged device in, without taking power from the battery. Same as during charge. While charging a % of power is reduced from charging the battery itself, and thrown to the device requiring power. This will make it take longer to charge, But give the plugged in device the extra full power it requires without taking battery power. This is also done on many devices out in the world now, Phones, Laptops, Tablets, etc have pass through charging. It's even best to leave it plugged in, Due to while using a device or charging. It won't effect the internal battery, And the box will keep it trickle charged so it's always topped, Till the power outage happens and you need that 100% point.
