Really nice, i bought this for when i had a major bruise and a hairline fracture on my knee from figure skating and gymnastics. So fast working and really nice and easy to use. You just squeeze it onto your fingers and rub it in - and it honestly works really well paired with the crutches and icing. Nice and thick but not too sticky, smells pretty nice too compared to other creams ive used!

We have been using this for a while now and it definitely cuts the healing time in half on men and women. I haven’t tried it on kids as mine are all grown, but this stuff definitely works on adults. Bruises disappear within days instead of weeks.

I can't believe how fast this worked. I had surgery on my chin/neck area on Jan 15th. The doctor said it would bruise and by the next day it was pretty red and swollen. But on the 17th, I was horrified at how dark purple/black the bruising was! I am fair skinned, so bruises show up for a while. I was honestly skeptical at first but after one application on a severe bruise, I noticed immediately results. Within minutes it already started working, changing it from a very deep purple to lightened purple, and within a day and several applications light green/yellow.
