Really works, great menthol taste immediately soothing my throat from coughing, tastes good with a little numbing of throat and tongue but not uncomfortable and seems like a good quality product. My lung congestion broke up the next morning after using the night before. I didn’t need to use a lot of it since it worked so well after. It’s thick enough to make it easy to measure out two teaspoonfuls for over 12 years. I believe the natural ingredients shine through.

Im rating this cough syrup on performance not taste. Easy to swallow, works fast. As for taste supposed to be cherry menthol....but turpentine would taste better. I recommend taking a rinsing swallow of water or even eating a small cracker as it does aggravate my kids stomach. acid upset. Definitely buying again . It loosened the phlegm, and when all coughed up , coughing eases up lasting for a good time.

Fantastic product

I don't need this for deep lung probs, but I have what's called cricopharyngeal dysfunction, mild, but mucous tends to collect deep in throat and hardens there, a swig of this allows ya to cough it up pretty much right away. Doesn't sound like much of a prob but it's a really irritating quality of life thing, and guaifenesin does the trick. And it's hard to find guaifenesin alone in drug stores, it's usually only in cough or cold compounds with all kinds of other stuff in there.

The cough medication works wonders! It’s does suppress any cough.

Just plain without all the ingredients that give me disturbing dreams. Great at night when sick and coughing keeps me from getting a good night's sleep. Soothes my throat so I can rest. Not sure why social media has given it a bad rap -- definitely works for me.

Artificial sweeteners give me vomitous reactions similar to ipecac, in addition to headaches and other misery. I can't even have stevia or monk fruit. Just cane, beet, honey. I should know now to check ingredients. I made the mistake of taking a swig, it was clearly heavily sweetened with sucralose. I paid dearly. But if you are diabetic and can have artificial sweeteners, I guess this would be a good choice.
