Stress Away Bonded Leather Office Chair Padded Executive Swivel Computer Desk Chair

This chair had to be returned due to a manufacturing fault which prevented it from being assembled. Clifford James' customer service department were far from helpful in arranging a time for collection and asked for a three day window when they could do thus. They actually arrived at midday on the first day and processed the credit promptly.Due their attitude on the phone, the hour wasted in partly assembling the chair and then having to repackage it, the fault with the chair and a general disappointment with the overall quality of the item, I declined the offer of a replacement.The chair cost a little under £140 and I question whether it offers great value compared with others on the market at under £100. The leather was very thin and much of the base was plastic....which arrived with some scratches. I can't comment on the comfort of the chair.

Awkward to assemble but comfy and looks exactly as it does in the photograph. Mine had a couple of scratches when it arrived, but not worth sending back.6/7/17I've upgraded my star rating as, after reading my comments above, the company rang me and addressed the issues. First class customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Very comfortable chair. I have a bad back so the back support really makes a difference. Also the chair can be lowered enough for the arm rests to go under the desk enabling me to sit close to any work I am doing. Very fast delivery, easy to put together and really good quality. I actually phoned Clifford James direct to get exact dimensions before ordering and they were extremely helpful. Very pleased with purchase

The title for this was ' leather' not 'bonded leather'.I contacted Clifford James. The gentleman was very helpfuland apologetic and explained the difference in fabrics. Although disappointed, I accepted the product realising I had been optimistic in expecting a real leather chair for the price I paid. Therewas a flaw on the front of the chair section and after sending aPhotograph a new one was received immediately. Pleased with Clifford JamesService but information of products must be advertised truthfully!

I bought this chair in January 2018 and found it very comfortable and well made, unfortunately after 5 months the chair began to lower itself frequently as sitting at computer. 1 e-mail to seller and 5 days later a replacement part arrived to replace faulty unit. Great customer care. 5 Star. Unfortunately 2 months later again lowering itself, awaiting another replacement.

I've been using this for sometime and I can say that it is excellent.

Like the chair now it is assembled, but assembly a bit fraught. I'm reasonably practical and thought I'd be ok on my own, but you really need another person to steady things while you centralise holes over bolt holes.
