Exactly what l needed! After my tibial nail op 3 years ago I have never been able to kneel as the sensation in the knee makes it painful but this pad makes a real difference, meaning I can do exercises (and household tasks) I couldn't do before.

.. Three years on from double Total Knee Replacement operations I still cannot kneel without a great deal of pain. Mass is okay because I can sit and I don’t scrub floors. But kneeling during yoga has been a no go. I’ve tried cushions, pillows, towels - all to no avail and the pain in my knees have been intense. After a lot of research I found this pad, albeit on USA website but was thrilled to find it available here in the U.K. on Amazon. The blurb said it was very good for people with knee pain and for after knee surgery. And so I quickly ordered it and it arrived two days later. I think that this is about as good as it’s going to get for me. Still a bit of pain if I’ve been kneeling on it for a little while, but certainly much less pain than with previous attempts. I could kneel on it initially for about 4-minutes without feeling light-headed and that has increased over a few weeks (5-mornings a week - Beginners yoga with Adrianne on YouTube - very good) to about 7-minutes and getting easier all the time. If you have a similar ailment it might be worth a try. .

I was advised to use one of these by my physio following a knee replacement op. It comes in lots of colours, is the perfect size and shape for my exercises. Easy to clean. Arrived on time and I will use it as a kneeler in the future.
