Very effective. I take it at night before I go to bed and it does the trick the next day.

Great product! Definitely works! But make sure your taking them when you plan to be home in case of any side effects(powerful stomach cramping/discomfort etc). Worth the discomfort to wake up the digestive tract but had some interrupted sleep and discomfort. Wouldn't say smooth..lol but definitely worth it if you are having issues!! Im sure everyone is different! I took 3 capsules two days in a row...and that did the trick! Good luck!

UPDATE: I really don’t trust the authenticity of this product anymore. It’s made me dizzy and have vertigo after taking with water, it’s not as effective as the one’s I’ve used before and the price keeps going up. Buyer be aware.I use to drink the tea and it taste horrible, so when I saw the capsules I was so pleased. I purchase these regularly(no pun intended) lol, and when I need them I need them. Shipping was slow because it said it would be here Friday and it arrived late, I was disappointed. They work good but I have to take at least 3 capsules for them to work, so I don’t know if the value for the money is there or not. I would recommend this product

I purchased this product because I was didn't want to always drink the tea to get the desired effects. The product works GREAT. I love that it is a gradual effect compared to the sudden effects of the tea. When drinking the tea I would brew 3-4 bags and have results in no more than six hours; however I would break out in sweats and when you had to go you had to go and you had better be home near the bathroom. With the capsules I usually take 4 and that does the trick. Get the same desired cleaning effects as the tea but no sudden, immediate better make it to the bathroom urges like I rec'd with the tea. The effect resolves over the course of the day with the capsules, and with the same cleaning effects. With the tea the effect resolved right then and there (in one sitting for a long time). I consume the capsules less often than when I consumed/drank the tea. Hope this helps.

Use as directed and works very well. Comes in capsule form and much easy, but trickier on how many to take. tea works better but then up at night needing restroom . Great product

Without going into any detail, just know NOTHING I have tried in the past has worked...but taking two of these worked (maybe too well for most people with normal GI systems). Definitely recommend these!
