The round, cast aluminum handle of our most popular CRL Pipe Handle Cut-Out Knife is easy to grip, and utility knife blades change out in just seconds. Tool length can be extended by adding a length of standard conduit pipe. Extra blades can be stored in the handle. Uses either 1992C or 1991C Utility Knife Blades, or 1993X10 Extra Long Utility Knife Blades. The Blade Plate and Screw are also replaceable. Important Notes: NOTE: The PK19PS replacement blade holder plate only works on older models of the PK19. The newest models have a pin in the plate that holds the blade where the older models do not Cat. No. PK19NS. Review: Only question is why didn't I buy one of these years ago?! Every guy on the site that sees it wants one. If you are cutting out old caulk, this is the ONLY tool to use. No stupid quick-release blade that pops out when you put pressure on it. I can use both hands on this and really get some leverage. Awesome. Review: Used this tool to help remove drywall after a basement flood.

I used this on a stubborn windshield. Tool held up good, very tough knife!

An excellent tool except for the fact the black rubber grip is not fixed and will slide moving your hand forward towards the blade. Most of the time I was pulling on the tool but there are times when I pushed forward which could result in a trip to the emergency room. Used the tool to remove old drywall and it worked well. I tried gluing it on and hopes that stops the movement.

Great tool! Can't believe this has been around for a long time and I had never heard of it. I use it for drywall work. Using the long blades this tool was designed for you can cut clear through 5/8 inch drywall with out doing the dance you have to do with a standard utility knife.
