My daughter said 'Mommy. I think Collagen would be good for you.' She immediately purchased her favorite brand for me and I took it faithfully for a few months. I can't say that I noticed significant changes although I was certain it was helping me get thru Pilates. When I ran out of the last bottle. I didn't replenish.Fast forward 6 months later, I began looking for another brand to try again. And honestly, I was just so over having to take so many capsules a day. My experience with Dr. Emil, Multi Collagen Plus, was the answer to my prayers. Before purchasing Dr. Emil Multi Collagen Plus, my face was very dry. It was so dry that my face felt like sand paper. My face felt rough and flaky that you could see the wrinkles, lines and the dryness, that when you would touch my face you could actually see flakes of dry skin fall from my face. It was horrible it made me feel very old, ugly and to embrace to go out in the sun. I have been taking these for about 3 weeks, will update my review in another 6 weeks or so. I bought these hoping they would help assist my recovery from an ACL tear and 2 other broken bones in my knee that happened in January and I wish I had bought sooner. I had not been noticing much improvement in my knee until I began taking these. Now, I actually feel like it is healing. Less pain and more range of motion. Also, my nails are growing like crazy and my hair is healthier and is is actually less greasy as well. My skin seems about the same, but we will see as time goes on.You may want to start out taking less than recommended at first. I was taking 2 capsules after breakfast and it caused a lot of bloating and upset stomach for me so I have been taking 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. I do have alot of IBS problems though, so these may not bother you. I plan to start taking the full 3 capsules a day soon though.So far so good and I'm excited to see what results I have within the next 6 weeks.

I just started taking this again. I realized this supplement was what was helping with my hair growth, joint pain and giving me more energy. I just turned 47 for reference. I would recommend this product if you are having the same issues!
