Doesn't splintering and no wooden knife shavings when in use.
Through the years, I have purchased many cutting boards and I must tell you...NEVER have I found a wooden board that didn't splinter or as I'm cutting with it, the board would have shavings of wood from my knife. WELL, I will tell you...this cutting board is amazing. I can cut all day long in one spot and there are no wooden shavings, there are no splinters and food doesn't get imbedded into the wood. This board washes beautifully and looks amazing after each use, and mine is used daily. I love to cook. You can be assured of an excellent cutting board when purchasing this beauty. One more thing, make sure you have counter space for this one...I personally like a big cutting board. Enjoy!

Sturdy and quality product
Item as described-solid product. We use it as a stove cover but not really as a cutting board. It's very large so not super easy to wash :-)

Heavy duty cutting board
Love this big cutting board for watermelon. The crevice around the edge catches a lot of the runoff from melons. It is heavy! I did not realize how thick 1.4” was apparently. Besides being heavy it’s great.
