Let's start with my dislikes since there is only 1 so far. I don't like that it's heavy and my phone was already a bit heavier than most. So far, that's the only thing about this metal case that I don't care for. Now here's my likes. I like that both my front screen and my camera are protected in the case instead of having to purchase separate protectors. I am curious to see if it's easily damaged though. I also really like that it feels like I've just put a coat of armor on this expensive phone! Another like is that the charging port and the stylus are also protected with an attached rubber "tab" from dust and debris. It also comes with an attachable small carrying strap. I wish I could think of what it's called so you'd know exactly what I'm talking about lol but ya know, you can slip your hand through it so you're not just dropping the phone. It came with 4 extra screws, allen wrench and a cleaning cloth. I have not dropped my phone as of yet but I'm fully confident that it'll be protected from ANY damage. I'd definitely recommend investing in this coat of armor to protect your investment!

I love how heavy duty this case feels and looks on my S23 Ultra. All the phone buttons line up perfectly and the audio seems to sound better with the case on. I can definitely agree with other comment that suggest adding the non-permanent thread sealant to screw threads because they do look like it would be easy for them to back out and come loose. I read a couple of reviews that stated that you could not use an already installed screen protector in addition to the one built in on the case. That might depend on the exact screen protector you have already installed because I have both the screen protector I already had on phone plus the one on the phone in use for extra protection and everything is working great. Wireless charging works great. I am having a difficult time finding anything I don't like about this case. Appears to be one of the highest quality inexpensive cases I have ever purchased for a phone. When it comes to a Samsung S23 Ultra I fully recommend buying this case. Also, I know others have stated a couple of other issues I have not encountered. I do not use either function much but even the finger print reader and facial recognition works flawlessly for me when I tested them.

The case is everything it should be, secure, easy to install, very sturdy...I won't have to worry about dropping my phone anymore BUT it took me all of two seconds to realize my fingerprints could no longer work for security. It's not a deal-breaker, but it is disappointing. Also, it makes the phone super heavy, so that's something to consider as well. The weight of it and the edge sitting on my pinky as i type isnt all that comfortable either. Other than that, like I said, it is secure and I feel my phone will be better protected now.

Hinge on the kick stand bent at a 45 degree angle within 2 weeks from normal use. Its that flimsy. Magnet moves and blocks it from closing also. Can be annoying.

Very heavy duty. Protects phone from all kinds of drops. Also by accidentally run overs by tires. Protected the phone very well. The only issue was that you have to unscrew the whole case to clean it every once in a while. Also a little on the heavy side but what can you expect out of something that will protect your phone 100%

My husband and I have this case and it has saved our phones. He's a mechanic and is hard on phones.. it took a hammer falling on the screen to Crack it (not bad) but saved his phone.. mine fell off the top of our car doing around 45 and hit a paved road.. shattered the screen (still worked!) But didn't damage my phone! Will definitely purchase again!!

Easy to scratch camera cover. Water had gotten into the screen area. Made the touch screen a bit harder to pick up tapping. If you’re a busy person, outside, and like to take pics, not a great case as it’s so easy to collect water and scratches that mess with camera quality, especially if you need to use flash, it becomes nothing but glare

Pros: I do feel like this case will protect my phone better than most cases. It feels solid and it includes a very thick rubber bumper around the edges. It looks nice when it's new. Cons: It is very large and heavy. The rubber bumper increases the overall circumference of the phone so much that it's very hard to fit in my pocket with the case on. The screen protector doesn't work with the phone's fingerprint sensor. No way around this that I could find, other than actually removing the glass from the front case (but that is possible and works). Screws fall out. I had read in other reviews that you need to check the screws periodically, but I had first one fall out after less than a week. When I screwed the others in again, they were a full 1.5 turns out. Fortunately, the case came with 4 spare screws but I would have gone through those pretty quickly. The back glass covering the camera lenses is not recessed, so every time I lay it down on that side, the glass is getting scratched. The red paint started chipping off of the metal parts after only 4 days of use. All in all, this is not what I expected and my phone looks terrible with the chopping paint, so I decided to return it.

I've had this phone case for almost a year now,, and my experiences have almost perfect. Pros: Durable. When I drop my phone with this case, I don't even have an errant thought that my perfect phone now has a hideous crack on it. Pavement, carpet, snow, anything and everything. Its none the worse for wear, and I just dust it off and move on. Heavy. Reminds that my phone, the MSRP of which is well over a thousand dollars, is still on my person. Stylish. I get lots of compliments on it. Distinctive. Can easily tell it apart from almost any other phone case, without any stickers or emblems. Built-in Screen Protector. The primary reason on why I bought it. I found applying a screen protector *perfectly* (and it better be perfect) is far more effort than its worth. With this, it just screws onto the case. Cons: Heavy. Its metal, and dense. Can be awkward if lying down while reading it over your head. Using two hands would alleviate that, but I like using one. Instructions. Not the most clear cut instructions. What you are supposed to is combine the separate parts of the atop one another (which isn't a problem), screw the screws into the slots with the proper screw driver and then use the L tool to tighten them further. The diagram didn't show the using the L tool, and I'd first skipped out on that not understanding what the metal L-shaped tool was for. Screws. They have a habit of coming loose. I doubt this is helped by dropping the phone, but it can become annoying since they're are what keeps the case firmly attached (the screen protector isn't tight enough and inputs become very difficult). Screws seem to need re-tightening every couple months. A very minor inconvenience that is worth the trade-offs, but can become annoying when you run out of extra screws provided. All in all, a case I'd recommend to almost everybody. The pros are numerous, while the cons are small in number and minor.

It's really heavy. I don't mind that. I do mind when my screen doest type like it used to, and presses random buttons sometimes

Feels pretty sturdy so far, doesnt feel cheaply made like some do. Only negative is because of the plastic at the camera lenses if you try to use flash for photos/ videos it reflects back from the light hitting the plastic. As others have said can't use fingerprint, but small price to pay for the phone not to get damaged.
