Versatile and Sturdy—A Must-Have for Moving!
I recently purchased the COSCO Shifter Multi-Position Folding Hand Truck and Cart in pink, and it has exceeded my expectations! This hand truck is not only stylish but also incredibly versatile. With a 300 lb. weight capacity, it handles heavy loads with ease, making it perfect for everything from moving boxes to transporting equipment. The multi-position feature is a game changer; I love that I can easily switch between a two-wheel and four-wheel configuration depending on what I’m carrying. It folds up compactly for easy storage, which is great for my small apartment. The pink color adds a fun touch, making it stand out from the typical hand trucks. Plus, the sturdy construction feels reliable, so I’m confident it will last through many uses. If you’re looking for a durable, functional, and stylish hand truck, I highly recommend the COSCO Shifter!

Built well, functions as described
I have to admit i was a touch skeptical. But i was happily wrong. It really is a solid piece of gear. I use it to hall equipment from the car to where ever im performing. I works well in its vertical hand cart mode, but in its horizontal cart mode its a bit of a struggle on surfaces like rough sidewalks. The small hard wheels are not that helpful, but in vertical mode, the larger wheels make it much more functional. The Folding process is easy and smooth, and it packs up nicely and fits in a trunk of a car very easily. I would suggest that if you use it that you keep some bungees or straps connected to it. Its a bit narrow/shallow, so it is very helpful and far more stable if you slap a bungie around things.

Easy to use hand cart
I was working on my backyard and had 50 bags of mulch delivered. The cart, easy to assemble, and light weight, made it relatively easy to move the bags to where they were needed. The cart us very sturdy and easy to maneuver. I’ve had other carts but this one is the easiest for me to use

Versatile and sturdy, BUT front wheels it comes with needs to be better
Great product, I used this extensively in a recent move. Both the cart and dolly forms were designed well. The mechanisms to change between the forms are also intuitive and work well. The rear wheels are nice and sturdy, and can bear a good amount of weight.CONS: Front wheels are made of plastic and don't roll as well. In fact, one of them had issues with the ball bearing mechanism, resulting in the cart have issues turning just after a few weeks. As many other reviews have said, upgrading these wheels would significantly increase your satisfaction with the product. I used theShepherd Hardware 3265 3-Inch Threaded Stem TPR Casters.

Great cart! Love it
Light weight, easy to store and sturdy, as long as you don’t exceed the weight limit. It was the perfect tool for my needs of moving heavy objects around the house. I have had nothing but good experiences with Cosco products.Only improvement I’d suggest is to add a latch or hook to secure the lower platform for storage, especially if you are hanging this.

Versatile hand truck
The only thing I didn't like was that this didn't come with any instructions. I think they were on the handle but they were too small for me to read. However, after some trial and error, I figured it out. It's versatile because it can be used as a 4-wheeled cart as well as a hand truck. One you know how to do it, the truck opens and closes easily. It folds up small so it is quite portable and doesn't take up a lot of storage space. The wheels make it easy to move. Overall it has a good performance.

THIS CART IS INDESTRUCTIBLE. BUY IT IMMEDIATELY
I'm pretty much in agreement with everyone else here. This cart is sturdy, works great as a cart and dolly, and is much lighter than most folding carts you find. That being said, REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:- As you fold this flat, back into storage position, KEEP YOUR FINGERS AWAY FROM THE LARGE WHEELS. They have springs on them, and snap violently back into place.- The tiny front wheels are too tiny, and are made of cheap plastic. (I spent $22 at Home Depot for a replacement set.)--Update: THIS CART IS INDESTRUCTIBLE. BUY IT IMMEDIATELY.The past few days' events require me to make an update here.First, I reduce this product to 4 stars.I mean, how hard should it be to remove a wheel? Just hold the outer part with a large spiral wrench and use a smaller spiral wrench to loosen the nut.The first wheel came off just like that. Easy as pie. The second wheel... well, that was where things got interesting. The nut was on so tight that the inner part of the wheel separated from the outer part, which I was holding in place with my wrench. It made no difference how I turned the nut: fast, slow, whatever. I tried using Loctite super glue and later E6000 to hold the parts together. I let them set for 24 hours. When I turned the wheel again, they broke immediately. At this point I was pretty disappointed in the product. It came with front wheels that left something to be desired, but were also impossible to change. Booo. 4 stars, maybe even 3.Eventually, I took it in to a hardware store. It was the events here that convinced me to restore my 5-star rating. The first guy who tried to help was young-ish, maybe in his late 20s. I had brought in my two wrenches, so he tried the same as I did: Hold it with the larger, turn the nut with the smaller. He came to the same conclusion, and ended up deciding to use a handheld bolt-cutting saw. After 5 minutes of labor, he was ready to give up.It was at that moment that a slightly older guy came by, maybe in his early 40s. He told the young guy to quit it with the handheld saw and tried himself with the two wrenches. He gave up quickly and went to get a screwdriver. He wedged the screwdriver in between the parts that were slipping and turned the bolt with the wrench and voila! the screwdriver slipped immediately. He tried 3, 4, 5 times with different positions, all with the same result."Man, that bolt is really on there! Are you sure you want it off?"It was just then that a third guy came by. He took one look and said, "Why don't you just use a reciprocating saw? Cut right through the ball bearing."A reciprocating saw. That's what they had to use on this cart. One guy held the cart in place, another started up the saw, and the young guy stood there with a bottle of grease to lubricate the saw every few seconds. It was joyful madness. I had somehow secured the full, undivided attention of three full-time, professional hardware store workers with the problem if taking a wheel off this folding cart. The cart shook like an earthquake and the metal started smoking. After a few minutes, they stopped."Look at that! Look at those ball bearings!""They've barely got a scratch on them!""What kind of wheel is this?"Needless to say, they gave up on cutting through the ball bearings. It was their fourth attempt that finally solved it: Forcing the blade of the reciprocating saw between the nut and washer, they cut straight down, removing the top piece of the bolt with the nut and washer. More smoke, more shaking, more noise. It was glorious."Are you sure you wanted this wheel off? Never seen anything like it."In hindsight, maybe I made a mistake. Clearly, if these tiny front wheels were designed to withstand the combined efforts of three hardware workers for nearly half an hour, they can withstand just about anything life can throw at them.Congratulations on your purchase of this very fine product.

Super sturdy and easy to use
This is my first time buying a dolly.. It's easy to open and I used it to move a dresser. The dolly is very sturdy. We were able to get a dresser down several steps with no issue. The wheels roll really smooth to roll- no issues at all. I would recommend to anyone.
