Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's Strut Channel Trolley Track - How simple can it be? However; not 5 feet(60 inches), not 59 inches as described but 58" as received. It worked for my purpose so I am not going to rip them for this as others might. Functionality: It Works...

Not sure what 5 Feet length means in the description, It definitely doesn't mean the product is 5 feet long, because it isn't.

Worked for a project i was doing on a sliding gate.

After purchasing this product and installing it, I found that any bolts through the rail will block the travel of the trolly. Not mentioned in the listing is the fact that you'll ALSO need to purchase the rail hangars sold separately, and not mentioned in the listing. No directions included to let you know you even need the hangars. All in all, the rail is strong and works fine, trolly works great too. Just giving you a heads up to save frustration with the installation.... you need the hangars.

Great for overhead trolley. Don't forget to buy the outside horseshoe mounting brackets and end stops.
