Permission To Land (Limited Blue Marbled Vinyl)

Loved this album when it came out in the 2000’s. Some filthy lyrics on there but all done with tongue in cheek and great to singalong too even if you can’t hit the high notes.Was waiting for a while for it to be released on vinyl and had to get it. The coloured vinyl is always a bonus.The hits are on there too. Probably shouldn’t play in front of the kids but….Play it loud!

This is a classic rock album that's been very difficult to get hold of on vinyl for quite a while now.To have it re-released on its 20th anniversary is great! And on a limited blue marble run is even better!20 years ago already crikey... Great rock bands don't come along very often and the darkness are one of those greats.

When appreciating this album you have to appreciate when this came out in 2003, the music of the time was in my opinion really poor, in the mist of new metal and no fun we needed something else and this was it.This album reminded people what rock was suppose to be......fun. Brilliant videos for the singles and brilliant catchy music.Aside from the singles 'Get your hands of my Woman, 'Growing on Me,' 'Love is only a feeling,' and the all time classic 'I believe in a thing call Love' (I had this on at my wedding) this album is filled with amazing hooks, brilliant solos and simple fantastic songs. 'Black Shuck' is a brilliant opener to the album and 'Stuck in a rut' is another catchy tune.This 20th anniversary vinyl remaster is fantastic (can't believe it's been 20 years already) and comes with a beautiful blue vinyl. The sound isn't compromised even though its a colour vinyl. This is a really good remaster. This remastered 20th anniversary version also comes with a poster which to be fair I won't put up as I'm now an old rocker now simply enjoying old times and the music but with a smile. This is a great reflection of days gone by when all that mattered was great music and a beers with friends.If you like Queen you'll love this album.

Estuve mucho tiempo buscando la primera edición de 2003, pero esta es muy fiel a la original y la calidad de prensado es excelente. Un buen elepé para cualquier colección de Rock. Si te gustan Queen y AC/DC te gustará.
