The camera is in a decent box but with very few instructions. I managed to get it set up to see the network and installed the app on my phone ok.The camera picture is pretty good, it has three settings for quality with the HD being a nice clear 720 picture. Night quality is also very good with the inboard infra red providing a great picture. Also movement is via swiping the screen. A little delay to be expected but it does work great.Also installed the desktop software on my PC and could see the image from the camera very easy.But problems here are I can't get access much of the time as when I try I get "network busy" message even though nothing else is on in the house. Next problem is the system takes an e mail address to tell you when it is triggered. This also does not work. But it does activate and store video on the SD card but I just can't get access at all to them over the network.I have updated the firmware, re installed the app and others to try get the camera to work but to no avail.Shame as if the network problem was not there and the

Very good piece of kit! I bought it so that I can keep an eye on my cats when I am away on holiday and have a catsitter visiting.It was relatively easy to set up (the QR code however doesn't work) - it's just a case of entering 2 sets of numbers to sort.I like how you can manually set up locations within a room and move the viewer to that choice with the press of a button on the app.With it being so inexpensive I was doubtful whether the features like night vision would work. Well they do! Excellent quality even when the room was pitchblack.It is set to film and view in SD however its easy to adjust to HD with a touch of the app screen.Very good piece of kit for some peace of mind.

Not a bad little wireless camera, was nice and easy to set up, its a lot better than I thought it would be and great night vision, purchased to keep an eye on our 1yr old puppy when out of the house & in bed! We regret not having one when he was younger. Only downfall is the power packs cable is not very long so we required the use of an extension cable. We are yet to attempt attaching it to the wall as we are moving it’s location daily depending on where/what room we leave the dog in. Sound quality Works better on own WiFi at home than out of the house but not a massive problem. As yet we ain’t recorded anything but love how the app allows you the capture photos. Also great for spying on my teenage daughter while I’m at work lol

Really useful for watching my new pup and checking in on her whilst we are out of the house. The ability to move the camera from your phone or laptop really useful as we cannot see the whole room in the shot. I’m not sure how secure it is in reguards to other people accessing it remotely, but we have put it in a location where it doesn’t show any details that would be useful to anyone trying to break in. We haven’t used the speaker much, but there is a bit of a delay with it, as to be expected.

The picture is clear and generally a good product for the price but it has two faults which make it unusable as a baby monitor.1) Blue lights on the front. It has 3 very bright lights which are on all of the time. One of these flashes whenever the camera stream is being viewed.You can try to cover the lights with tape or blue-tack but the light is so bright that it leaks out through the white plastic body of the camera.2) Night vision transition. When the camera switches to night mode or back to normal mode, there is an audible clicking sound as the filter moves position. This is fine and will be the same on all of these baby monitors. The problem is that the light level at which the camera switches to night mode is the same light level that triggers it to switch back. This causes the camera to switch modes continuously for any where from a few seconds to a couple of minutes. It is loud enough to wake up a baby.These issues could be solved by adjusting the night vision light limits or adding a manual switching mode, and adding the option to switch off the blue lights.I have returned my product.

Great value for money. Arrived really quick and does exactly my what I needed it for. I use t to keep an eye on my dogs whilst I am at work. Voice function works well and picture quality both day/night v good. Does depend on internet connection though so if you are in an area with sporadic quality may not work as well for you. All in all very happy!

Very hard to connect to the app and have not been able to connect more than one device. Once set up the camera has got everything I need, the night vision is good and I can keep an eye on my dog while I am out.

Picture quality is great for the price. The software is a little unreliable though. Also you have to separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi signals (on virgin media hub) as this product does not support 5ghz.
