Bag was used for a period of 3 months before handle broke. Was not used in any harsh matter, lightly used based on other reviews.

The backpack came with no zipper in the front pocket. I’m disappointed how everything else about the bag is fine, it’s just the zipper is missing.Edit- So they reached out to me and offered to send me a new one for free. Today the backpack came and its perfect! Amazing customer service!

This is a good backpack to buy because it's pretty cheap compared to other bags. It's also nice quality; the material is not thin at all and every pocket is lined. It's the real brand as advertised and the bear did arrive along with the bag. For the price I would say this is a pretty pawsome backpack to purchase. Another thing is that it had no smell. I was expecting it to have a strong chemical smell when first opening, but I was pleasantly surprised. I am satisfied with my order. ^_^

ove had this backpack since like may of 2023 i use it everyday for school and i LOVE it it isnt huge but not super small i recommend!!

sturdy backpack. i’ve had it for 2 years now and everything’s well, no rips and the zipper works fine. it’s a good size, not too big and not too small. i wouldn’t suggest using this backpack if you plan to use lots of notebooks though. perfect for college students
