Perfect Modern Computer
The Intel NUC 13 Pro has everything you need for a modern computer. It hardly takes any desk space, yet supports a large monitor, which is really what you need for increased productivity. I appreciate that this computer is very quiet. It has great performance for all my productivity applications, plus software develpment. The ports are sufficient for most users, and I love that it has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one of which I use for superfast SSD storage. Unless you are gaming and need a big tower chassis with a big GPU and big fans, this is the perfect computer.

Exceeded expectations, though internal temps do run hot.
Works great as a kitchen machine. Great for web surfing and Office apps. Wouldn't want to try Flight Simulator with it, but didn't buy it for that. My only beef is that its Bluetooth is a bit squirrely, at least with my Bose speakers. Does not reliably reconnect on its own - have to reattach the speaker about half the time. Other than that, I am very happy with this little guy. Takes up almost zero space, is quiet, and saved me a mint over building yet another PC. OS installed with ease (though I am seasoned at doing this), and graphics are fast enough for light use. Kind of a no-brainer for this particular niche market.

Small yet powerful PC
Ideal for a media PC. Small form factor and quiet operation. Works well as a AV streamer or media server.

Good performance and easy to stuff memory / ssd into the case
It is a NUC - it is small and one of the last generations of Intel made NUC. Simple bench marks indicated that the I5 pulled it's weight and worked well with my own copies of MS Office & Windows 11 Pro.The normal downside to NUC - or running off the embedded video it is not a speed daemon for games. But graphics are good; drives my 32" HD LCD with ease. The only minor down side was that the default windows 11 pro drives won't work correctly with the LAN interface. I used the simple workaround by plugging in a low end USB to Cat 5 connector and finished the installation without problems. Once Windows was fully loaded, the normal drives took over and everything worked with zero issues.

Product did NOT work as listed
The NUC is a good product but the one I received was defective. The wifi function did not work.If you wish to use the product for games/flight sims, the graphics capability does not meet the minimal performance requirements. This one came with the Intel onboard graphics. There was a version with the NVIDIA graphics processor which is no longer available it seems. Also the Graphics ports are very limited. For any use other than basic home or minimal gaming, it would be better to build a pc and buy the graphics card.
