Con, don’t waste your money!
These ear cones are a con! Used 3 on a blocked ear, looked at inside of the cone after each burn and it appeared as though a reasonable amount of wax was extracted but got suspicious when I saw all 3 results were identical so burnt one held in my hand..........guess what, same amount of ‘earwax‘ extracted!! Took a new one apart and there’s a powder inside which when heated makes a substance looking like earwax! Contacted Amazon and had a refund without any questions! Don’t waste your money!

CLEAN AND PAINLESS
Otosan ear cleaning cones, in 3/4 minutes and you will amazed at how much not only wax But "soap" comes out thru the entire painless experience, I have used Otosan cones for years now and to my shame I tried cheaper cones "CRAP" burn way far too long and the vacuum is almost non exciting, STAY SAFE, SPEND AN EXTRA £2£, YOU CAN BE REST ASSURED YOU WON'T REGRET IT "" OTOSAN""

Bit confusing
There is a nice little diagram on the box and identifies the parts as follows:1 Flame breaking ring2 Protection disc3 Stop drop device4 ApplicatorWhen I asked the seller were and what is No 3 they replied It's the Protection DiscWhen I replied No!!! thats No 2 they didn't answer
