We used this humidifier every day it worked perfectly. One day it just stopped working. We contacted the company and they had us check different components with feedback given to them. They replaced the part that was easily replaced. Truthfully the humidifier works better than it did before. Wonderful product and company Happy family

This is my third humidifier I've purchased for my tropical plants. I had bad luck with the first two but this one is absolutely amazing. First, it came packaged very well with sturdy Styrofoam encased around the entire unit with all parts in sealed plastic and an easy guide instruction manual. Second, this humidifier is super easy to assemble and has a nice, ergonomic design. It has many great features which include the sleek color, the two ways of operation (digital touch display or remote control), the top lid opening for adding water, and the side handles for carrying the large tank. I love that it comes with a dual 360° nozzle that you can use alone or with the extension tube. One of my favorite functions is that although it comes with a 12hr timer, you can turn the timer off for continuous use and it's super quiet no matter what level of output you set it to. The humidistat is pretty accurate compared to my own digital humidistat/temp reader. It also maintains the humidity level you set it to, has a low water warning light, and a diffuser tray for your essential oils. Third, this humidifier is super easy to clean and it comes with its own cleaning sponge. I recommend buying some demineralization tablets or drops to help with mineral buildup and cleaning. I use them in the tank and I just cleaned the humidifier for the first time in almost 2 weeks and there was minimal buildup and the water didn't develop a musty/moldy smell. The only two things that could improve this humidifier is giving an option of Fahrenheit/Celsius on the temperature reading (it only comes in Celsius) and making the water level window longer on the unit (it stops at halfway down the tank and you can't see bottom half of water level). Overall, I highly recommend this humidifier and am so glad I took the chance and purchased it! It deserves all the stars!EDIT: After months of using the humidifier, I had to read through the instruction manual again and found that I was WRONG about the temperature reading only being in Celsius. You most certainly can change it to Fahrenheit!

Title speaks for itself. Worked fine for five months then malfunctioned and no longer works. Totally disappointing. Anyone looking for a humidifer would be wise to look elsewhere unless you only need it to work for five months.

I've been using this humidifier for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with it. It has a large water tank, so I don't have to refill it very often. It's also very quiet, which is important to me, especially at night.I love that I can customize the humidity level and mist setting. This way, I can find the perfect settings for my comfort and needs. I also appreciate the essential oil tray, which allows me to add a nice scent to the mist.Overall, I'm very happy with this humidifier. Easy to assemble, maintenance is fairly easily too. The only problem is there is a white tube that turned dark in color and it cannot be cleaned from the inside. Which was quite annoying for me. Otherwise, Works great in big rooms. Worth the money.

we use it in the winter months in a very large room when the woodstove is being used, takes the dryness out and seems to be working fine

I previously wrote a negative review on this product and I was shocked that the company reached out to me so quickly, I ended up with a defective product and the customer care was amazing and satisfied me to the fullest by fully replacing the product without me having to ship the old one back. I hope this new one last longer than the old one. I gave only three stars because I am kind of skeptical of the product, but I am happy with the customer care.

I purchased this humidifier for a plant room. The humidifier stopped working and the water light comes and even when full. I have cleaned it and it does not seem to make a difference. I have been reading through the reviews and this is not an uncommon problem for this product. Too much money to spend on something that is not even going to last a year do not recommend.I am making an edit because I called the company and the customer service was wonderful. After some trouble shooting, they sent me a new unit. I would recommend this company when purchasing a large humidifier.
