I think these are great, I use them because I have a partner that snores, I wear both of these and whilst it isn't 100% drowned out, it massively reduces the sound, allowing me to sleep all night without being woken by snoring

Ok but made my ears sore
They're quite firm and slightly larger than my usual plugs. They made my ears sore after a few nights. Also made my ears really sweaty.
