My Husband and I decided to try this and the jury is still out as to if it works or not. I haven't lost any weight but haven't gained any either. My husband looks smaller in the stomach and we are taking it faithfully to see if it will work so will let all know if it does or not. It came on time and was a great price. Thanks

I've been taking these for about a month. Have lost a few pounds but I think I'd have done that anyway (eating differently). No side effects so that's good. I'll keep taking them and see if they help.

I have not lost weight but I have lost inches and I bought more to try it for a longer time frame. Its says to take two pills a day I have just started to do that for the past five days. I will re-submit a review with my second order.

After 2 weeks this product has exceeded my expectations. I bought it to curb my sweet cravings to and suppress my appetite and so far it has done both. I haven't lost any weight or inches but then again that was not my focus.

I had my doubts about this product even after seeing that Dr. Oz recommends it. The product delivers what it is said to do. I am middle age and have that very hard gut fat that doesn't seem to go away. I work out about 8 hours a week and start each day with fresh vegetable juice made by my juicer. Since I have started taking this, that impossible wall has disappeared. In fact, I weighed myself after 2 weeks of using this while keeping up my exercise regiment and lost 17lbs.It is a great and natural appetite suppressant and reduces my craving for sugar. During these 2 weeks I had a birthday and only had enough craving for one piece of cake. I really love cake!!!If your someone who works out like me or wants to have more control on how much you eat, this product is worth the try for the price.For people who do a lot of exercising, you are missing out if you don't take this before hitting the gym.I would even recommend taking this 30 minutes before going to the grocery store. That way you don't do the whole buy more then what you need because you are hungry.When I said earlier that Dr. OZ recommends this, he doesn't recommend any brand of pills. He just recommends that Garcina Cambogia is a healthy product to use for weight loss.I like this product and plan on getting more in the future. I hope this helps you readers out there.
