Its expansive curved display, ergonomic features, and high-performance specifications make it a versatile choice for both my gaming and work-related needs. Exceptional Display Quality: The 34-inch WQHD display offers a resolution of 3440 x 1440, which is perfect for detail-oriented tasks like graphic design, video editing, or managing complex spreadsheets. The curvature of the screen provides an immersive viewing experience that envelops you, reducing the need to strain your neck and eyes during long hours of work. High Refresh Rate and Smooth Performance: Although a 165Hz refresh rate is typically touted for gaming, it also makes a noticeable difference in the smoothness of everyday applications and video playback. With AMD FreeSync Premium, I enjoy seamless transitions with no lag or screen tearing, even during high-speed video editing or design work. Ergonomic Design for Comfort: The adjustable tilt and height settings are crucial for maintaining a comfortable posture throughout the day. This monitor can be adapted to any desk setup, helping to avoid discomfort during long periods of use. The option for VESA mounting also provides flexibility in workstation design, allowing for a customized ergonomic setup that fits perfectly into my workspace. Connectivity for Multi-Device Environments: With dual HDMI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4, this monitor easily integrates into a multi-device setup. This is ideal for professionals who need to connect multiple devices—whether it’s switching between a work laptop and a personal PC or connecting auxiliary devices needed for professional tasks. Integrated Speakers: For work, the built-in dual speakers are a great asset. They offer clear audio for conference calls and multimedia presentations, eliminating the clutter of external speakers for a more streamlined desk. Sleek, Professional Design: The monitor's sleek, black aesthetic isn’t just for show; it fits seamlessly into a professional environment. It's stylish yet understated, complementing any office decor while hinting at the powerful technology it houses. In summary, the HP OMEN 34c Curved Monitor is an excellent investment for anyone who juggles intense gaming and professional responsibilities. Its superior display, ergonomic adjustments, and robust connectivity make it a top choice for enhancing productivity and entertainment alike. Whether it's finalizing a business presentation or diving into immersive gaming, this monitor does it all with impressive ease and efficiency. Note: You will need to buy Display Port to USB-C adapter for it to work seamlessly without any resolution issues on Macbook Pro.

Excellent monitor (upgraded from previous model)
Upgraded from the HP X27Q (previous version of this monitor) and couldn't be happier. Colours out of the box are great, and tweaking them to my liking was simple. The OSD controls are a major improvement over the previous model. The monitor doesn't come with speakers, but honestly, that's ok. It means more time has been put into the build and picture quality, with no unnecessary extras. Compared to the previous model, this monitor now pivots to the left and right. The part of the stand that connects to the monitor is slightly different to the previous model, but is still just as sturdy. Brightness is also great (I actually lowered mine to 70 and it's still fine with no quality or colour loss).

A great gaming monitor with a proper high quality stand
This is great gaming monitor from a trusted brand. The high image quality combined with the very fast refresh rate and response time mean I haven't experienced any lag, tearing or strange artifacts when gaming - be that in FPS or combat flight sims. Also, the fact that the monitor offers 99% sRGB and 90% DCI-P3 colour gamut means that it works well for things like photo editing and general office tasks. In addition, unlike some monitors that come with minimal stands, the HP Omen comes with a high quality stand allowing full height adjustment, good tilt and swivel angles and pivoting from landscape to portrait mode (with auto image rotation), so I've had no problem getting it set up for comfortable viewing. I'm not too keen on the use of a 5-way joystick control for display adjustment, but this seems to be a common approach used by several other manufacturers so it's not really a negative. One thing to be aware of, however, is that the Omen supports AMD Freesync Premium but not Nvidia G-sync. This is fine by me as I have an AMD GPU but for Nvidia GPU users I suppose it might be an issue.

HP OMEN 32c great so far.
There's very little information out there on this monitor but I can say I think it's a cracker for the price. Firstly the negatives: - No manual explaining how the various features work. I can't find one on the HP website either. - Display when on it's stand doesn't appear to be level ? I had to put a small cloth on one side to balance it out. (Might be just mine. - HDR would not enable in Windows but that was because I had 10bit colour enabled in AMD Adrenalin Settings - Stand only moves up/down tilt forward and back. No side to side which is import Pros: Lovely Screen which looks amazing for movies and games. Great Refresh rate for Shooters Photos look wonderful on it with the 99% RGB coverage I found on Reddit that OMEN Gaming Hub is the app you need to configure the monitor on Windows
