This is the second time I have ordered these and I must say that they provide support for my knees and help to minimize the pain I feel when I am walking. I would recommend them for anyone who is experiencing knee ligament / muscle pain. They're wonderful!

I recently purchased this knee pack after experiencing a fall that resulted in some knee pain. I am pleased to say that this product is exactly as advertised. The support it provides for my knees is great, offering a comfortable and secure fit that stays in place throughout the day. Using the knee pack has made a noticeable difference in managing my discomfort. While it hasn't completely eliminated the pain, it has certainly helped to alleviate it, allowing me to move around more easily and with less strain. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them if you are looking for a supportive and effective solution for knee pain relief.

These knee braces are just what I wanted, something that helps to reduce my knee pain and not bulky at all . They fit pretty comfortably, they are uncomfortable after wearing them a while but that's any brace probably . The only other time they can be uncomfortable is while I'm sitting down , but they're easy to remove and put on so it's not a big deal for me.

I got a pair of these after my meniscus clean out and they were so supportive that I started wearing them while doing any form of exercising. I ended up giving 1 away to my daughter and bought a second pack. I ended buying 2 more packs because I had given another away to my dad who tweeked his knee and 2 other people as well! These are serious so so supportive for all knee pain and way way less annoying than a neoprene knee brace. I wish I knew about these years ago after my first Blown Out ACL and meniscus tear. I think these are not only great for stability after an injury but also a solid way to prevent knee injuries as well in all sports and even just sight seeing and long walks. I’m 47 but boy do I wish I had these in my early 20’s when I was a ski instructor especially and skiing 130 days a season for few years. They are great for everyone! Young kids, young adults, normal adults and elderly adults. Best support I have ever used for my knees, even better than my custom Don Joy robot feeling brace.

The sizing works great for small adults (I am 5’0), but unfortunately the support strap itself is quite unpadded and the fabric used seems like it would chafe quickly with how tight they need to be for support. The way the stitching was finished almost seems hard, like it was melted with heat to reduce fraying, and just trying them on in my house felt like it was cutting into my skin. I also bought the PhysFlex patellar supports and the front strap is much more cushioned and the fabric is much softer, but the one size fastening straps are way too long for my thin and small legs. My solution has been to use the fastening straps from the iPow support on the PhysFlex front strap, but I only need to do that because of my size. If you are anything approaching a regular adult size, I would just go for the PhysFlex and not consider the iPow. The iPow is definitely still functionally supportive, but not the most comfortable, which is unfortunate considering the iPow cost more than the PhysFlex at the time of writing this review.

I have been dealing with a severe pain in my left knee. My Naturopathic Doctor recommended a brace to support my twisted knee cap. I found these braces here on Amazon and ordered them. I thought that the low price might mean that they were not going to help. I was very wrong. I soon as I put the one brace on my pain left and I could support myself like normal. Well worth the purchase! Oh, and the quality is much better than I expected.

I was not sure that such little and simple band would help my poor knees that have 0 to 40 % cartilage in the knee area . . . BUT THEY DID ! ! ! WOW, my aching knees are so relieved. I can move and walk so easily.Maybe I still cannot ski or run, but I am very happy about what I can do pain free now.

I use these when I play pickleball . It gives a good enough support

Style and comfortable

This product unfortunately doesn’t do what it says, the portion that is supposed to help the knee is none existent. It is poor quality and doesn’t do much of anything to help the knee pain

It really helps me while in Gym or running .Buying a few more in different colors
