Interdental Brushes, 40 pk, Size 5, Interdental Tooth Brush for Large Gaps, Gum Soft Bristles for Plaque Removal, Safe for Braces

My uncle recommended these to me after raving about them. No idea how we got into a conversation on interdental brushes, but if you knew my family you'd know it isn't unusual for us to cover very diverse topics in conversation :) Initially purchased a 10-pack to give them a try and my god he was right, they last at least 2 weeks where previous competitors have managed only a week! Superb value for money and a brilliant design, reaches the far corners of the mouth and obscure gaps inbetween due to the strong yet flexible wire brush. Also LOVE the fact that each brush comes with it's own cover, with a vented air hole to prevent build up of bacteria or other debris. Won't be buying any other product now I've found these, price, quality and value is superb.

fantastic product. am paranoid about my gum problems (after ignoring them for decades), so after trying just about every interdental flossing product (incl. mixed variety sizes pack of picksters without registering how good they were), was coming to the conclusion that tepe were best despite ridiculously higher cost (lasted a bit longer, have plastic coating on the wire, have a fair bit of nylon bristles on them and seem better made than all other brands). but luckily, i got tempted by the lower cost of the 40-pack of the picksters (size 6 - green, so not sure about other sizes) - and have found them to be equally good and possibly better - they last (much!) longer than tepe, each one comes with a cap/extender which makes it easier to store/travel with more hygienically and are easier to manipulate for back teeth and are similarly well made as tepe. key advantage of tepe+picksters for me is that the metal wire is supposed to be coated by plastic (personally, i cant quite tell by looking at them - and am hoping/presuming they cant/wouldnt lie about it, can they?!), which some of the much cheaper ones aren't (esp. dentek - where i used their super thin ones coz they are much much cheaper - but they actually damaged my teeth enamel because the bristles are too sparse or not very elastic after 1-2 uses, so the metal wire rubbed on my teeth and i can feel the nerves/pain where i had eroded the enamel away - when the hygienist was doing the deep cleaning). so be careful not to let that happen to you - though i am sure you will all be much wiser than me to only use plastic coated ones or throw out when bristles are lifeless/not covering the metal wire well:) not giving 5* because picksters could also add more bristles to make these bushier to better protect teeth enamel, and coz their sizing/colours seem a bit confusing to me (i thought tepe had set the industry standards for these - but picksters, dentek, etc seem to be doing their own thing - plus there is confusion about whether the quoted sizes are for the metal wire, or for the bristle width, etc).....

I have been to dentists for many years of course and they often mention flossing, which I have found difficult to use, as some gaps between my teeth are narrow. These size 0 Piksters are able to get between my teeth, and do remove trapped food particles. As a diagram on the packet shows, interdental brushes clean some areas flosses do not reach. I showed these to my dental technician at my last visit and she was amazed at the small size. She put them to one side and I had to ask to get them back! I agree with the point that they do tend to break after use on the finest gaps, but the 40 pack is good value. I have not tested these against other brands; I have the 0.6mm size of TePe brushes, which I also find useful for some parts of the teeth.

Always get my Piksters from Amazon. Fantastic product design and ergonomic dental brushes with good long handles to get to the rear teeth. The white insert casing included helps to get to the very rear teeth where maybe its more difficult to get to. Bonus of picketers is that each dental brush has its own plastic protective covering making them ideal for travel and they are reusable so no wastage. `the range of sizes is phenomenal and my dentist is over the moon that I have no plaque in-between the teeth. We always rave about the Piksters. A real find compared to other dental brushes and in cost and effectiveness.

Came in a box and makes for easy organising and dispensing. The quality's good and cleans between teeth very effectively. The bristles are strong whilst being soft and easy on the gums.

Se les ve consistentes. Pero no he acertado a la hora de comprarlos, aunque por milímetros debería valerme, no me entran entre los dientes. Creo que falta información para que el cliente elija la talla que más se ajuste a sus necesidades
