We bought this as a christmas gift. We just opened it. We put in a new battery and it's still so hard to switch on and off. Then when you try to type a word it types so many AAAAA'S by itself. You try to hit clear it does not clear. Then you have to press on and off again. Once it's on the same thing happens. It's quicker to search the word on you phone or ipad. Returning it.
