Once shaped, by following the instructions carefully and fitting it into the mouth, found it really quite comfortable. I was expecting that it would be so uncomfortable I would throw it away. So, pleasantly surprised to have slept really well with in my mouth overnight. Also cheap compared to the dentist custom made thing.

Bought for my daughter, who is an adult.Struggled with moulding and found it wouldn't stay in place.

not difficult to mould if you follow instructions to use tongue and sucking rather than try to use fingers : once set, the material is thin but strong : I can keep it in place all night with no discomfort : after one month my TM joint problem has improved greatly

Don't bother! Total waste of money. It doesn't fit round your teeth and won't mold properly

I have suffered with severe TMJ for 10 years which also causes me to have chronic migraines.I have tried everything even to the point i was put on amitriptyline 150mg daily I was like a zombie and actually hospitalised 4 times due to this evil medication ( I do not recommend this medication to anyone) I have been to King's college hospital to see maxiofacial surgens paid £1000s of pounds on retainers cut a long story short I recently got my teeth bonded as they were damaged from grinding my teeth and low and behold the 1st night I had the done during my sleep I broke the bonding on some of my teeth luckily the dentist fixed them free of charge I now needed something to protect my teeth not to stop my TMJ but just to protect the bonding so I see this and I liked the fact you could mold it yourself, so I went ahead and ordrerd.I wanted to give this a true chance before leaving a review so it's been a few months .I find it very comfortable for starters never had any gum irritation or ulcers. Has protected my bonding on my teeth but now the best part it seems to have stopped my teeth grinding !!!!!Which in turn as helped my migraines. This is a great product so if like myself you grind and clench your teeth definitely give this a try !!!!

This is a life changing life saver. Ive been clenching my Jaw at night and every morning my jaw aches deeply, my teeth hurt really bad and i have general face aching headaches too that last all day from it. So the night time effects last all day and thus the miserable cycle continues..I love this guard. It took a few times to get a comfortable fit and i really enjoyed the process as its quite fascinating to watch it go all soft and flat and then cool and mould hard. Its like magic! Its great how you can try again until it fits perfectly. Anyway its comfortable at night. Its taken several nights to get used to and now it doesnt feel weird anymore sleeping with something in my mouth. Its the first time in a long time waking up without pain. Quite remarkable because i forgot what it was like to wake up without all the horrible pains and discomforts of jaw clenching. I clean it with toothpaste and my toothbrush each morning. I'd recomended this to anyone who suffers with clenching at night. I found this amazing night guard and knew it was going to be good from all the reviews I've read.. Now I've added my review . Thank you to the inventors of this! Buy it you wont regret it when you wake up without pain and discomfort. Worth every penny.

I had a big hopes for replacement of cheap ones. But I don't use it as it is too hard for me.

Was looking for an upgrade from the cheap anti-grinding mouthguard kits that always leave way too much material in my mouth, and the extremely pricy dentist-fit models which I tend to grind through in a matter of weeks.I was hesitant to order this product, after seeing a fair number of reviews complaining that it wouldn’t set. To be honest, I had the same immediate reaction, until my partner (who is the directions-reader in our household) pointed out that you need to leave it in your mouth for about 10 minutes—it does not mould instantly like other products!!Honestly, the experience is much better for taking more time; I didn’t worry about messing up the alignment whilst jamming a boiling-hot product onto my gums. You can always heat it back up and try again if you don’t get a proper set the first time, which is v useful considering the price!After getting a good fit, I had a v comfortable night’s sleep. The perforations really are key—you can swish some water through before you take it off to avoid the ‘stagnant nighttime saliva’ taste on your teeth.If this product can hold up to my fierce bruxism for a few months, then I’ll definitely buy again!
