This book refers readers to many other books for solid information.
Offers some basic guidelines and information but mostly refers you to other publications for details. As soon as you think you'll find the answer to a question, you get referred to another book. Its mostly a promotional to buy more from this editor.

Indispensable for novice treasurers for non profits
Well written and organized. I am working as a bookkeeper for a non profit, and this book has provided guidance. Especially with new government oversight.

Great reference
Used this to help prepare for a seminar course I was giving. I'd recommend it for any tax-exempt organization. Easy to understand with lots of helpful information. However...a new edition is coming out in November 2013, so this will be outdated soon.

It will come in handy
Non Profits seemed to be everywhere and this book will help to serve as a beacon. A good start to a fairly obscure area.
