Warning- DO NOT INGEST! Was left with heart palpitations, irritability, difficulty breathing, pressure in chest, brain fog, nausea, bloating, headache, gastro intestinal pain, etc. This is definitely not meant for consumption, maybe to plant in soil perhaps. There was no option to return or else would’ve sent it back right away, everyone in our household got sick, over a period of few weeks (each member tried it at different days and times to see if the side effect is limited to one person or not; boy did it not fail to make everyone ill). Waste of $, save your health- do not eat it please if you care about your health, you will be severely sick. We learned the hard way. Had to throw it out in the bin, never again!

I got these to add to my homemade granola bars for health benefits. They are great. The can definitely feel pricey but these seem good.

Be advised. These seeds are so small, They come in a flat envelope. They are tiny and volume so lite, , they are telling you how many seeds is in the envelope for the price. I have not actually counted them, but seller says close to 1000 seeds in the envelope. Just began using the seeds, so cant say how effective they are.
