Thought I'd give these a try, while it takes a few tries & wasted strips to get the hang of it. Only non obvious place to use was on my forehead to pull up my brow. They did seem to stick fine (Tip: don't use lotions, face oil or makeup where you apply) Kept on for about 6 hours, when I removed I had a lovey red rash in the shape of the tapes for about 5 days that was itchy for 3 days of that :/ I don't tend to have sensitive skin on my forehead so this was unfortunate. They do not look good anywhere you cannot hide the strip with your hair, it obviously looks like you have tape on your face! Save your money & just get the Botox!

I do t understand how to use them, no instructions

The backing was difficult to remove. It did hold once applied. Clean area with alcohol first for better results.
