I love this belt!! I just ordered a second one so I can wash and rotate them!! I have tried other belts and had no results but with this belt I wear it alot and lost an inch in just a week!! I do go to the gym, but I also wear it while sitting at the computer and am still sweating under it doing nothing at all!!
