Horrible
I bought a Zeno 12 months ago and it broke. This is the response I got from Zeno USA, "Your best option to have your watch repaired is to find a watchmaker close to you who is qualified in Swiss watches. You can also send your watch to the Zeno watchmakers in Switzerland, but that is much more complicated." They are wortthless.
