Although the concept is good , the cup itself isn’t , it has a sliding opening that leaks , you can’t carry in a bag as you worry it may tip up . The actual app is not a 100% either it said I drunk 2literes by dinner time which I hadn’t , great idea but not perfect, and for the price it should be .

The lid leeks, the sliding section allows the hot drink to seep out ! Can you advise how to sort this. I purchased two and they both have the same issue.

The lid is terrible - it has a slide opening, which leaks and the push fit isn't secure - if you accidentally knock the bottle over, the contents go everywhere. The lid is more of a dust cover than a functional lid.

I'm going to be honest this was a pain to connect with the Bluetooth and get it going. After 2 days, I contacted support. I was so annoyed that I almost returned it. BUT... Support came through for me. 😊 They helped me very quickly (via email). I followed the steps they provided and it started working within the next 5 to 10 minutes. It's been amazing ever since, I kid you not. The straw makes drinking water SO smooth. I've never drank this much water consistently in my life. I purchased the 20 oz and that is the perfect size for me. I don't mind going to refill it repeatedly because I get my steps in. And it just reminds me that I am having to refill it because I'm actually drinking water now which is a plus. The app works great. It tells me how much water I need to drink, and it tells me when I'm behind. Because I bring this to work I chose just to have the bottle light up when I need to drink water, but there is also the option to have sound enabled. I am so happy I made this purchase. This is so good for my health, I already feel it. I'm giving it 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just because of the annoyance I had in the beginning. If it wasn't for that, this would get a Solid 5. I must also add that I did purchase this at a discount during the Black Friday deal. I researched several of these smart cups and I'm happy that I chose this one.

Der Becher hat die gleichen Funktionen wie die Flaschen. Leider hat der Becher lediglich eine Plastik Schiebelasche zum verschließen der Trinköffnung. Der Deckel rundum ist dicht durch einen Gummiring. Aber aus der Trinköffnung läuft der Becher aus. So kann er nur stehend oder per Hand transportiert werden, was unpraktisch ist. Somit geht er leider zurück.

This cup has helped me drink more water every day. The cup is able to track the amount of water you drink and also links to an app that tracks all your water consumption. My only complaint is the charging cable is idiosyncratic, so you better not lose it or the cup goes from smart to dumb.
