Listened to a podcast with some Dr raving about nitrites and oral microbiome. Stop using mouthwash, fluoride toothpaste and start tongue scraping the Dr. directed. I did all of the above and feel my overall microbiome, breath and even my periodontitis has drastically improved. Use it once every morning (or after eating anything dairy) then wash with soap and water- it works well, it’s size and shape are functional and easy to handle, and the scraper is comfortable and cleans the tongue well. For a 3 pack- was able to give one to my son and fiancé so everyone can benefit!

Easy to use product and it works as it should. Note to first timers- be gentle!Comes as a two pack and there are plastic travel cases for them both.I like to use mouthrinse with hydrogen peroxide prior as it bubbles and makes tongue scraping even more satisfying.

It is well made both in quality metal and that it does what it claims: scraping with no gagging. I was also concerned with it being metal if it will scrap too hard and be too harsh on my tongue, but the glide is smooth and the force is applied by me whether I want to apply gentle or firmer pressure. I have been using it for a week, and I really like it. A lot of crap came off of it the first time, but less as I continued which tells me that I have been harboring bacteria that really needed to got. I got this set of 3 and shared one with my mom and the other my husband.

I've done several things to improve my bad breath. This is one thing, along with more and better brushing and flossing. Given what seems to be cleaned off my tongue, I think this has been very helpful.Also, my gag reflex is calming down now that I've been using it for a number of days.

I was apprehensive about getting a tongue scrapper, but after reading the benefits of them, more so for those of us with a dry mouth, it has made a huge impact on my teeth!! Has reduced the plaque making it easy when waking. I do it in the evening, seems to be better for me.
