I have a Shih Tzu Teddy, and despite the measurements, this does not work. It simply will not stay on due to the short muzzle on the dog. I tried tightening the strap to the point it couldn't go any tighter, and it still would not stay on my dog. I tried it on my other dog just to see the difference, and it will work on a longer snout, just not a shih Tzu.

My dog couldn’t wear this and breathe properly. Buyer beware.

Worked well. My dog can still breather with it on. I didn't leave it on for long, though, just at the dog park as she was getting used to the other dogs,

My dog can take it off very easily but he looks pretty cute when he's wearing it

It's cute yes, but a skillful dog can get it off easily. Very disappointed.

Didn’t fit right. Was going to return for refund but had to pay for return. No thanks. Rather keep it.
