I bought four different colored (varying resistance levels) tubes at the behest of a terrific trainer -- yellow, green, red and blue -- from light to heavy. Her comment was, "Using these and doing exercises recommended and walking you can stay in very good shape." So far -- it's only been one month -- I can see a huge difference and the beauty is that I don't have to go to a gym, or if I travel, I can easily take these with me and have no need for any additional equipment, or an expensive gym membership. As a woman of a certain age (a-HEM!), these exercises are essential to build strength and gain energy. Using these tubes is fun and every time I apply them I am rewarded because they are simple processes, and make you feel productive in a very short period of time. Very cool product[s]...Honestly, I have not yet reached the point of using the blue one --- oooooohh, can't wait!

I have heard nothing bad about it. Perhaps because it was free to them?

I got 3 of these. One purple and 2 blue. I tend touse the purple (mid-range) vs the blue (lower range of resistance). Will buy again.

I like the product design. They look and feel well made. I use resistance bands several times a week. I own four sets at different resistance levels. They feel very natural to use. I also lift free weights. These bands are so much more flexible in number of uses.

I fell and broke my shoulder and was going to physical therapy for months and needed to continue my exercises at home. I tried my local sports store but same price and long lines I ordered from Amazon and it arrived quickly and to my front door. Great product

These bands are really well made. There are cheaper out there but none with this quality. We use them when traveling and love them for working out.

Just what I need for working out during this pandemic. Sturdy resistance and comfortable handles. Great add to my workout arsenal
