These doors are beautiful. Since I got the chrome finish, it tends to get water stains easily but it’s not a surprise. However, I removed one star because the chrome surface that rests on the side of the tub is a little strange. It simply lifts off the tub so water can seep through easily. I’m not too upset because it’s still better than a shower curtain. Also, one of the doors is a little off so I have to adjust it a little in order for it to close completely. All in all I’m happy with these doors. They are way past worth the price.

Both the product and the company (woodbridgebath.com) are excellent. I interacted with the help desk in advance to get a copy of the user manual so that my installer could have a heads up on what might be involved in the installation. The delivery company also did a professional job of keeping me apprised of the delivery status. I needed to be around when the product was delivered, not only to sign for it, but also to inspect it before signing. The shower door came in a solid boxed crate. Everything inside was professionally packaged and padded. Nothing was damaged. Huge relief there because I'd read of others who were not so lucky. My installer completed the job in under two hours and it looks beautiful. Couldn't be happier. Pix attached...

We love the doors -Customer service from the vendor, Megabrand Kitchen and Bath was not so good. First - the directions were useless. We had to call regarding where to place certain parts - the pics in insructions for different stages were either mislabeled or missing all together. Extra parts were in the box which add to the confusion. When we explained about the instructions we were told by Don that “oh well- I never use instructions”. But when I pay for a product I expect to receive a decent set of directions - it’s not like we install shower doors every day like Don may. These doors are frameless glass heavy doors and there is little room for error so comprehensive and readable instructions are necessary. The instruction booklet was torn and wrinkled and on the fronpage had another company’s name printed which had been crossed through. At first Don was able to explain per phone what we needed to know and which parts were needed and which were not. However.. we are missing 4bumper pads, which he stated he would mail to us. Our carton had been previously opened so I have no idea what happened to them. These bumpers are important for safety reasons. We were told get them in the mail that first day we talked to him. A week later we called to see when they were shipped and we were told they were just mailed. So we gave it another week and still no bumpers - it’s pretty obvious no bumpers have been or will be mailed. So we texted the company and asked for a picture of the bumpers and told him we will attempt to purchase them ourselves - it’s pretty obvious to me that at some point they opened our carton and took out the bumpers to give to someone else previously and that he has no way to get the bumpers for us. It may be a small thing but after what we paid for the doors I feel we deserved better service. We are out $20.00 + tax etc for these bumpers that should have been included. So just be aware.

Excellent product high quality, at very good price beating Home Depot, and other company everything was well packed, no damage the delivery was exactly on time the same day I was expecting. My installer install the door without no issues the only problem was that I misplaced the rubber bumper I couldn’t find it, I emailed Woodbridge they answer me back right away I interacted with Robert (very nice person) and they going to send me the pieces by mail. No complaint I will definitely recommend this product. And I would buy again!!!

Installed on my own, easy and quick. Love it and happy with quality for the money. Sorry for not writing 5 paragraphs as most people do, no need.

The frame metals are of high quality, not coated plastics or cheaper metals. Only complaint is the meaning of being adjustable. For mine with 58.5inch width, I have to actually cut about an inch of the top and bottom bars, using saw, which is the most painful. Final finish looks great. Overall very happy given the price and quality.

The product looks beautiful installed. You cant beat the price. There was an issue with a defective screw, but the issue was resolved promptly thanks to Albert working in warranty customer service. I would recommend both the product and vendor. Thanks!
