I have cramping at night, and this gel is easy to use. It does cause dryness of the skin, but all magnesium lotion /gel do that. I just moisturize twice a day.

I have been using this as a natural deodorant, and I thought there would be a big transition from using clinical deodorant to this, but there was not. No sweating or odor. Highly recommend.

I got this for night time to help my sleep. When it dries it dries out your skin so badly and leaves all the mineral all over your skin. I used it twice and my hands are so dry and peeling now just from application. I had to wash my sheets/PJs and the white powder off my body.
