I bought this for a friend that always borrows mine and it is by far the best hair dryer ever!

Although this is a lightweight blow dryer which is great, DO NOT BUY this dryer if you like to use the attachments. They fly off of the blow dryer constantly. This is a huge defect of this dryer, and I reached out to the manufacturer about this, and although I am sure they are well aware of this, they did nothing.

Great drier. Is worth the investment for me

Love it! It’s so lightweight yet so powerful it really shortens my drying time. The cord is super long which I don’t need for personal use, bur I’m sure it’s really important for professionals. My hairdresser has one which is how I discovered this gem.

I wanted to love this because it is lightweight and has a diffuser attachment. I have long, fine, curly hair and a will provide a few comments from my experience using this hairdryer with diffuser attachment: (1) the diffuser continually falls off of the dryer, which is incredibly annoying, however I kept putting it back on because I was determined to fully dry my hair with this hairdryer/diffuser combo to see if any part of this dryer was worth it (2) the dryer has power, yet it took twice as long as usual to dry my hair (3) my hair looked fried/frazzled when I finished drying it and I had to coat it in shine products that I never use on my curly hair (I use them when I want to blow my hair dry straight). This is an expensive hairdryer and my expectations were that it the attachments would stay secure on the hairdryer, and that my hair would look at least as good as it does with every other hairdryer I've had. I am returning it.

I love everything about this blow dryer EXCEPT that the nozzles will not fully secure, I need to make sure they are pressed on super tight before every blow dry or they will go flying across the salon and sometimes, even if I do double check, they will still fly! I contacted customer service and after sending photos and a video of me showing that they won’t secure they finally sent replacement nozzles but they are exactly the same and they still fly off. I know the new models have magnetic ones but beware, this model does not!

Read a lot of reviews before I purchased and had a lot of negative reviews. I’ve had this blow dryer for 7-8 months. It works great. The temperature is good, it’s lightweight, and it’s really not that noisy. I love it.

Like most brands, with each new model, it declines. It is still a good hair dryer, but for the price, the attachments should stay on longer than 10 seconds. If you purchase definitely grab the warranty. It does help keep the frizz down and it travels well.
