Had to return as it was faulty but good service to send back.

Love the clock. Few issues getting it to keep time when first received - the hands are very delicate and I think they'd been damaged slightly in transit. However very prompt response when I contacted the seller about it. Managed to get it fixed from the instructions given by phone. Now it's up on the wall it looks great, quite a focal point in the room.

Fabulous clock: It's a real centre piece. We have hung it up and not only does it look nice it also is a good time keeper. We've had the clock nearly six months it acts as an eye catching feature in our lounge. Because it is so large it cannot be described as subtle. I was pleased to discover that despite its size it is very light and this made it easy to handle and hang.

hands are a bit flimsy

Looks great but didn't work - goes for a short time then stops. Followed instructions to make sure hands were set properly and replaced battery but still doesn't work. Agree with others that the hands are very flimsy. Additionally there is a screw missing from the clock mechanism on the back so this moves every time you try to hang the clock. The seller says that they can't get hold of a replacement screw or mechanism. Have tried to resolve problem with seller (from Then to Now) but they are obstructive and are not upholding my rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

We love this clock - Our neighbours have commented on the size as now the whole street can see the time but we think it looks great in our kitchen and now there is really no excuse for being late! Maybe a bit overpriced for the quality but the design is great.

This was just what I wanted but after 2 years I had a problem with the clock not keeping correct time. I emailed supplier but neither amazon nor supplier were interested .
