Well, you get what you pay for... And Nicpro is some of the best acrylic paint out there!!! I'm so excited for this large quantity of paints in 14 different colors, and they are all a present to me, myself, and I!! And there are extra goodies that come with the paint, too. The paint is heavily pigmented and quality formulated. I love it!! The push-pour-type bottle caps are perfect for dispensing exactly the amount of paint needed. Or, I can transfer paint into a smaller bottle, and these large bottles are my main resource for refilling the smaller bottles. I WIN all the way around!! The paints dry faster, which saves time if I want to layer paints in my creative process. I love it, and I'm just super happy to receive my Nicpro paints. And, I get a lot of fabulous paints for the buck without compromising the quality!!

We used this acrylic paint set, along with 8x8 blank painting canvas panels, for my granddaughters recent birthday party. There were a little more than a dozen girls -- and they loved it. Their abstract art paintings -- using a "pour paint" technique -- were well-done and colorful. In fact, several of the girls wanted to know if extra canvas panels were available so that they could do another painting.

Everything showed up perfect. Nothing was leaking. All was in tact. Arrived on time. The colors are vibrant and the paint is just as expected.

These are great! The colors are high-quality and bright. I took off one star because the pumps tend to get clogged easily, then when you press them, they spray paint everywhere. This has caused a mess more than once! I do like the idea of the pump, as it is MUCH more convenient for classroom work, but when you accidentally spray a student with paint, it's not so great.

My kids LOVE to paint. And it is honestly a pain to drag out the paints, choose the color, squeeze the bottles, etc. every single time they want to paint. So I bought these to set up so they could just get the paint themselves and have an easy access art area for them. I knew this was going to turn out amazingly just as I had planned, or horribly and I would regret this life decisions. It actually turned out well. The worst part is trying to keep canvases and paper in stock. The pumps are easy enough for 5+ year olds to use on their own, there’s only 2 paints that are fairly thick and harder to pump, and the independence the kids have with it has boosted their creativity because they can get right to work instead of waiting for me to finish up a task before being able to come help them get set up.

Great paint, good pigmentation. I will purchase again when needed. Also I cover each pump with plastic to prevent drying out.

Great colors but they do not blend well. The paint is thin and most of the pumps do not work. I purchased to use at my paint and sip studio but Im not using them for adult classes due to how thin the paint is.

Awesome, thick acrylic with great coverage. I used it to paint a forest mural on all four walls of my toddler's bedroom (on top of a fresh gradient done with indoor wall paint as the base for the acrylic) and it covered the bold yellow to blue sunrise gradient very well anywhere I painted it on. I had watered it down slightly for an easier time spreading it so I used 2 coats on things like tree trunks and leafy areas to fully cover what was behind it but you could probably get away with one if you didn't dilute it, honestly. I thought I'd have used it all up painting this whole room but surprisingly I have most of it left somehow?? I have about a third of the dark green (which I super appreciated the addition of on top of the primaries, saved me a lot of mixing time!), half the yellow, 3/4 of the blue left, pretty much all the red and black and over half of the while still, not sure how that happened! I didn't use the squinty lids so I can't speak for their functionality as I knew I'd be painting over a few weekends and didn't want to have to wash them out every night, but they arrived all in one piece and seem sturdy, so I've kept them in case I use them in future. You could probably just shove some foam clay over the end of it and let it dry to make a custom lid you can pop on and off of there to block the air from entering the nozzle or something. Well worth the money for what you get and it's genuinely nice, thick, pigmented paint so I will definitely be buying it again in future if I ever manage to run out!
