A real authentic jerk , made in barbados, a place I know well , not to hot just full on flavour

All the flavour but not the heat
I put this seasoning on my leg of lamb at Xmas . Left it to marinate for a while to soak in . Cooked the lamb slow . The seasoning was amazing was nice for people that love herbs n spices but don’t like the heat. .highly recommend .
