little pricey but those in the family who use it loves it
It is pretty easy to swallow. It is not a clear capsule containing the active ingredient. Not small but not a horse pill either. Pic attached for your convenience. The price is a bit high compared to others... However, family member uses it prefers this to higher CFU products

Not bad
I am not sure yet if it's effective. But I haven't noticed any negative side effects so far. I will continue using it for a few more months and see how it works.

I have been taking this probiotic for over two months, but I have not noticed any significant changes in my weight or bowel habits. Results may vary from person to person.

I subscribe to this for my mother every month, and she really likes it. She goes to the bathroom every morning and has a comfortable time on the toilet.
