Little plastic soldiers are cool, but little plastic medieval soldiers are super cool. This set includes a lot of pieces. The 8 men who ride the horses are about 2" tall, but the 200 foot soldiers--or most of the men--are only 1" tall. They are teeny. If I could, I would give this 3.5 stars because of the small number of 2" men.

Thought they were gonna be the normal sized army dudes but these are TINY. Still cute though

The Kramow 254pc Medieval Castle is a fun playset for kids. There are so many pieces, so the kids aren't fighting over them. The parts that need assembly (towers, castle, ruins) snap together easily. The figures are pretty stable, and get set up easily as well. The foot soldiers are about half the height of the figures on horseback. It would be nice if they were all the same scale. Not that it matters much, as kids won't notice that.Highly recommend getting the S-05 Kramow 110pc Medieval Knights set as well, compliments this one nicely.

3.5 starsPretty much a medieval version of the green army men we all know, only these are much smaller. The individual soldiers are between 2 and 3 cm tall, or about 1" - making them the perfect size for small children to choke on. They're also made of fairly stiff plastic which will be more likely to break than bend. You do get quite a bit for the price, and the craftsmanship isn't bad, but I honestly would hesitate to recommend these to someone I don't know.
