Good for gymnastics rings
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use with gymnastics rings, both for skill work and for CrossFit-style workouts. I’m super pleased with it. I set it up on my own in about 20 minutes (and now that I’ve done it once, I’m sure I could do it in 5 minutes). As you can see from the video it’s stable enough to use for kipping ring muscle ups. I have not drilled in or weighed down the legs at all.

Works great for conditioning
Just takes awhile to set up, over 20 minutes or so. Hard to do alone, they recommend two people. I ended up moving it inside on the lowest height so I don't have to set it up and take it down all the time, and I am very limited on what I can do with it. I constantly kick the legs. At full height, it's still slightly challenging to move around (and quite wobbly, like most rugs) but it feels sturdy and I can do basic aerial hoop conditioning exercises. Need to try yoga on it still. I would say this is the best option if you aren't ready to invest in a full-size rig or don't have space for it. Just don't do any dynamic movement and be aware that you can't really transition between moves smoothly on it.

Love it!!
I love this rig. It’s very sturdy (definitely don’t do drops but I feel like it will hold me on my silks). I don’t know how portable it would be - you definitely need at least 2 people to set it up so I’m not planning on taking it anywhere but it does come with a case. The top bar is longer than a lot of the ones I saw so it’s a good width, but you do have to watch your legs when you invert. My ceilings are 10 feet and I feel like I have enough room, but I tied it directly to the top bar instead of using the typical rigging equipment.

Great for Conditioning
This is a great little rig that actually fit in our spare room. We use it for conditioning silks, rope, and rings. I've also spent some time chilling in a knotted silk watching cartoons. The rig feels quite stable. It was also super easy to put together and portable. It's not tall enough for adults to really do much in the way of tricks, but still a great investment.

Mixed Emotions 🙂🙁
Quality materials. Convenient locking pins make it easy to secure and adjust the legs, without screws or tools. However, adjusting the height requires aligning three sets of holes within each telescopic leg… Very tricky! Not impressed with the nylon straps utilized for side support. In the lower positions, the spread of the legs is insufficient to prevent tipping, unless it is bolted to the floor. Note that bolting this item will prevent height adjustment. Lastly, I find myself bumping into the frame while executing certain exercises/movements… probably typical of all rigs of this type.

Well Made but HEAVY
First, the good things! This rig is extremely sturdy and easy to use. The legs extend in two sections and set with pins, and it’s great for conditioning and practicing static poses. The setup is pretty intuitive: it comes in a big box with four legs, the top bar, and a set of pins. Just insert the legs into the top bar and then use the pins to adjust the height. We really easily got it up to the full height and it’s been great for aerial hoop and fabrics. The not so good: I think it’s a stretch to call this portable. Granted, I’m a tiny woman. I’m 5’2” and 125lbs. This rig is 60lbs. I can BARELY lift the pole carry bag by myself and I wouldn’t be able to move it more than maybe a couple of feet at a time. Assembling the thing is easy as far as how it goes together, but it’s a workout to lift everything. I know it’s heavy because it’s metal and it’s well made, and I’d rather have it be sturdy than light, but it is seriously NOT light. If you’re planning to take the rig to the park for some conditioning, maybe rethink that a bit and ask yourself if you’ll have a friend who can help you get it there.
