Just like a few other raters stated, the new burner does not fit to the old igniters. My old igniters were still in good working condition so I didn't order new ones. The clip on the old igniters does not spread far enough to secure the clip to the new burner. Luckily for me, I had ordered the gas transfer channel from Charbroil themselves. During this order I commented on the clips not working. I did not request anything additional from them and yet, from that taped conversation, a supervisor from Charbroil contacted me and for free (Well, as it turned out my burners were still under warranty) sent me a brand new set of burners and igniters. Make sure to check with Charbroil before you order replacement parts. It may still be covered. For this model BBQ, there are certain parts covered forever until you get replacement parts that add up to more than the cost of the original BBQ. It's worth the call, if for no other reason than to make sure you're ordering the right part. Hat's off to Charbroil. I'll be using them again and again with that kind of customer service.

As others mentioned, the replacement part is defective by design. When comparing the original G527-2200-W1 burners to these, you'll notice that the indentations where the electrodes are supposed to fasten is not in the same location making it impossible to fasten the original igniter electrodes. It's off by 1/4". Had to return due to this defect.

Fit my grill but the holes were twice the size of my original burners. Couldn’t carry an even flame or even keep the full length of the burners lit if more than 1 was on even with a full lp tank.

The tubes seem to be of decent quality, they fit in the grill fine. However the tubes are just a little too big for the clips of the ignitors to grab on to.My grill is the Charbroil 463241314

replacing burners saved money. suggest they sell the reflector cover as they need replacement too and could be easily cut to fit if provided

I have the model 463449914, the product advertised is suppose to be replacement parts. The 4 gas tubes needed to be modified in order for the snap-on electronic clips to fix. Also 3 cross connection bars were missing. Also one of the gas tubes was missing the small set screw.This is not a replacement set for this grill. Shame on you and/or company for fleecing America.

The pipe burners did not work with my grill. The tube was too large for the ignitor clip to fasten underneath it.

For the most part it was good quality. The con is that the dimples where the original igniter clips on are in the wrong location and cannot clip on
