Good pin
Wanted a quick pin for my bike rack, one with a cotter pin so I could slap the rack onto the car without the trouble of tightening the bolt down for quick trips. This fit the bill perfectly.

Doesn't fully work
This is supposed to stop the wobble but it does nothing. Good for a pin, but that's pretty much it. I'm sure it can work in other applications but not for a bike rack.
